Single bookable ice surface. Removable ice - the City describes it as 'a multi-use venue with indoor ice surface that can be covered to host concerts, festivals and special events'. Home ice of the Thunder Bay North Stars (SIJHL) and the Lakehead University Thunderwolves (U Sports) - Lakehead has NO ice surface of its own, so this is the university's home rink. Also home to the Fort William Figure Skating Club. Seating 4,680 per Wikipedia; the City publishes no capacity figure. Ice season 'September to April' per the facility page vs 'October 1 to April 15' per the arenas page.
