  About this pad

The City's arena page names the three sheets 'DB1, DB2, DB3'; the booking system carries a PAIRED ice and floor resource for each ('DBA Ice Pad 1' / 'DBA Floor Pad 1'), which is how Pickering models the seasonal conversion - one physical surface, two bookable products. ActiveNet max_capacity 150 is fire-code occupancy, not seating (s.8.4), and is not stored.

Known gap

Pickering publishes pad names and public-skate times well and publishes NO building amenities at all - no seating, no dressing rooms, no pro shop, no canteen, no parking, no Wi-Fi, for either of its arenas. Catalogue s.9.4 measured this as a flat zero for Pickering and it is unchanged. Every amenity field here is null because it was checked and not published, not because it was skipped.
