We have the building, not the details
The address and pads are recorded. Amenities are shown as unknown rather than guessed — across Ontario only 8% of arenas publish whether they have a pro shop, and 2% publish a parking count.
Also called Arena floor & Ice Surface
The City of Timmins publishes NO pad count, NO ice dimensions, NO seating figure and NO dressing-room count for any of its arenas, on either the facility pages or the booking system. One pad is recorded because the booking system exposes exactly one bookable ice resource for this building, named 'Arena floor & Ice Surface'. The pad name here is the building name; the operator does not name the surface. Booking system also lists a 'Curling Club & Lounge (arena floor during the summer)' at this building, i.e. the arena floor is given over to curling in summer - so the ice is seasonal. Home of the NOJHL Timmins Rock; no seating figure is published by the City. SEATING: Wikipedia gives 'approximately 1300 seats and has a total capacity of 1931 including standing room' and an opening year of 1938. 1,300 is recorded as seating and 1,931 was NOT used - it is total occupancy. This is a clean seating-versus-occupancy split that appears on NO City of Timmins page. Wikipedia also calls the building the 'McIntyre Community Building', a third name.
