We have the building, not the details
The address and pads are recorded. Amenities are shown as unknown rather than guessed — across Ontario only 8% of arenas publish whether they have a pro shop, and 2% publish a parking count.

'Ice Surface' is the Town's own label for the bookable pad; no proper pad name is published. Ice season stated precisely as 'October to the beginning of March' - narrower than the vague 'fall to spring' used elsewhere in the district. The concrete floor is used for events and rentals in summer. Building opened 20 November 1953; INDOOR ICE was a later addition completed January 1963 (Fort Frances Times, 17 July 2024). As of that article the ice plant was over 50 years old with a cited $750,000 replacement need and active community fundraising through at least November 2024; NO source was found confirming the replacement was completed. WEST of the 90th meridian - Central Time (America/Winnipeg). Rainy River District observes Central Time, NOT Eastern. A schedule rendered in America/Toronto would be an hour wrong here.
