SEASONAL with a confirmed dry-floor summer. RATE TRAP: the arena page's '$85.83 per hour' is the SUMMER CONCRETE-PAD rate; winter ice is $119.02/hr per By-Law 2218-26. The Township also gives two different summer seasons - 'May 1st to October 1st' on the arena page against 'May 1 - October 31' in the by-law - and two different booking lead times, 24 hours on the page against 'a minimum of 7 days in advance' in the by-law. The arena is the Township's largest single building asset at a $9.2M replacement cost. Seating, dimensions and dressing rooms NOT PUBLISHED. The Township's asset-management plan treats the Arena and the Curling Club as separate buildings while the website nests one inside the other.
