  Ice surface '175' x 70'+/-' - materially undersized in both directions. That dimension comes from the Municipality's 2025 recreation feasibility study, not from the facility page. SEATING NOT PUBLISHED; the study says only that 'Viewing spaces at Mindemoya are inadequate... a very limited number of people from a viewpoint, at two levels, at the end of the rink only.' SEASONAL: ice runs 'from the first week in November until the beginning of March'. Building condition assessed 'Very Poor' in 2024 with a ten-year capital requirement of $6,084,030; the study recommends replacing it, but it is open and operating. Temporarily closed by flooding in January 2026 and since reopened. Users: Minor Hockey, Lakers Hockey, Hackers Hockey.

Ice dimensions and every condition figure come from a consultant's report, not the facility page. The report itself is internally inconsistent - it states Mindemoya's prime-time utilisation as 51% in its executive summary and 15% in section 6, and gives the service standard as one pad per 1,120 residents in one place and 1,212 in another.
