About this pad
The City describes this explicitly as a 'year-round ice rink' hosting summer ice programs as well as winter skating and tournaments - a genuine exception to the September-to-April pattern that holds almost everywhere else in Northwestern Ontario, and the likely answer to which arena in the region carries summer ice. In the former Town of Keewatin, amalgamated into Kenora in 2000. Structural name is 'Keewatin Memorial Arena'; 'Bowman Electric' is a live commercial sponsor prefix (CONTRACT.md section 8.12). WEST of the 90th meridian - Central Time (America/Winnipeg). Kenora District observes Central Time, NOT Eastern. A schedule rendered in America/Toronto would be an hour wrong here.
