CONTRACT s.8.7: the Bill Barber Complex is the ICE SURFACE inside the Callander Community Centre, not a separate building - it is rented alongside the Large Hall, Kitchen and Orton Room and the Municipality warns that "if you do not rent the entire facility ... another event could be booked in the portion of the facility that has not been rented". The Municipality publishes two parallel rate cards headed "Ice In" and "Ice Out", which is how the seasonal conversion is visible; "Hockey lines & nets (upon request)" appears under both, i.e. it is a marked floor out of season. Named for Bill Barber, the Callander-raised Philadelphia Flyer.
