Bradford West Gwillimbury, ON · Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury · Municipal
Bradford & District Memorial Community Centre
125 Simcoe Road
No ice
The building is open and rentable, but the ice has been taken out. Hockey is not scheduled here. NOT DEMOLISHED - open and rentable, but with no ice. The building is listed on the Town's "Arena & Ice Rinks" page and its bookable space is called "Arena Surface", but the Town's ActiveNet catalogue types that resource as "Arena Dry Pad" (contrast "Arena" for the three real sheets at BWG Leisure Centre and Bob Fallis), the space is advertised as "Best For: Trade shows, large events, sports", and unlike Bob Fallis it carries no ice-season statement. Treated as a dry-floor former arena. VERIFY BEFORE PUBLISHING AS CLOSED ICE: this rests on a resource-type string and an absence, not on a positive statement by the Town that the ice is gone.
