Also called Centennial Arena
'A regulation-sized ice pad, open from September to March' - no dimensions or seat count published. RENAMED from Centennial Arena after a $3,000,000 restoration donation from Edward and Suzanne Rogers in November 2024 - a philanthropic naming, not a commercial one, but volatile in the same way (CONTRACT 8.12). Wikipedia's article on the Elliot Lake Vikings still names the home rink 'Centennial Arena'. STATUS AT RETRIEVAL IS UNCERTAIN: the building was closed for structural reconstruction; the City's own 25 February 2026 update targeted 'an expected opening date of September 1' with ice-making from 1 August, and the latest update (21 April 2026) still had new rink boards and stands in scope while saying repairs remained 'on budget and on schedule'. The NOJHL placed the Elliot Lake Vikings on indefinite leave of absence in December 2024 because of the closure, and the club played temporarily out of another community.
