London, ON · City of London · Municipal
Silverwood Arena
50 Sycamore Street · N5Z 1K7
No ice
The building is open and rentable, but the ice has been taken out. Hockey is not scheduled here. A known non-ice false positive, confirmed from two directions. The City's facility page states the arena 'operates as a dry pad facility year-round' (ball hockey, lacrosse, indoor soccer, roller derby) and separately that 'This facility is currently closed'. Independently, Silverwood is the one building on the City's 11-arena list that has NO entry in the City's own 'Arena Ice' booking calendar, which carries 18 pads across the other ten buildings. It still appears in the PerfectMind location list and on the arena index, so schedules and directories will keep referencing it.
