This building is gone. It is kept here because older schedules still name it. Demolished 2011 after the Benson Centre opened. Built 1936 as Water Street Arena; renamed for Si Miller, Director of Parks and Recreation 1963-1994. Hosted the Cornwall Royals (QMJHL 1969-1976) and Cornwall Bulldogs.
