Not open yet
This arena has been announced but is not built. It may already appear on next season's schedule. NOT YET OPEN as of the retrieval date. The City states it 'will be a 160,000 square foot facility with twin ice pads ... scheduled to open in fall 2026', answers 'How Many Ice Rinks Will There Be? Two', and answers 'Can I Rent Ice/Meeting Rooms/Gyms Now? No, we are not ready to take facility bookings.' Its row in the City's arena booking-date table reads 'To be determined / To be determined'. Recorded with is_operating false because it is not yet an operating venue - not because it has closed. Expect this row to flip to true within months of the retrieval date.
