Known gap

The pad list came from a PerfectMind facility widget. PerfectMind's GetFacilities endpoint is known to silently cap at 10 rows when paged with page/pageSize instead of skip/take; two pads is far below that cap so truncation is unlikely here, but the read was not re-run with skip/take. Dressing rooms recorded as 10 = 4 change rooms per arena x2, plus an alternate and a referees' room, as the Town describes them; not published as a single total.
