About this pad
'Arena Pad' is the Municipality's own wording in both the fee by-law and the facility rental agreement - one of only two named pads in Manitoulin and Sudbury District. SEATING 500 is a genuine seat count: the rental agreement reads '(Maximum Capacity 192 Upstairs Hall, 600 Arena Pad & 500 Bleachers)', so 500 is bleachers and 600 is occupancy of the pad surface itself. This is the only explicitly-bleacher figure found in either district. SEASONAL: the entire ice fee table is headed 'Winter Season' across three seasons. Curling runs on this same ice ($83.19/hr, or $193.98 per set-up), so it is not a curling-only sheet. Home of the NOJHL French River Rapids. School and community groups skate free. Ice dimensions, dressing rooms and canteen NOT PUBLISHED.

Known gap: Seating of 500 rests on one parenthetical in a rental agreement, and the Municipality's fee by-law contradicts the capacity attribution.
