  About this pad

Name from the City's PerfectMind booking catalogue, which for THIS arena alone also lists a distinct 'Oakwood Arena Floor' product with FacilityType 'Arena Floor'. That is direct evidence Oakwood's surface converts to floor out of season. It is one physical pad sold two ways, not two pads. Ice season not established per-pad. The City states 'Ice surfaces are available to rent all year long at locations servicing ice during April through August' and 'During the off season (April through August). Many ice surfaces are used as Arena Floors' - i.e. SOME pads hold ice year-round and some do not, and the City does not say which. is_seasonal is therefore NULL (not checked), never false.
